Organisation settings
Settings holds the things that are true of your whole account rather than of one assistant. Owners only. Changes are saved when you select Save changes, and you'll be warned if you try to leave without doing so.
Basic details
Your Organisation name, your Slug and your Hiring team contact email.
The slug is your unique identifier and cannot be changed, so if it is wrong you'll need to ask us rather than fix it yourself.
The contact email is optional, and it is the default for every assistant: when one can't answer from your knowledge base, it can offer this address for a follow-up. It wants to be somewhere a person actually reads, since a candidate who has been sent there has already failed to get an answer once. An assistant can override it with its own.
Company website
Your main company website. This does two jobs: it's your public address, and it's what Voyse reads when you ask it to.
Scan website looks at your site for employer-brand content — benefits, culture, how you hire — and brings back draft knowledge entries for you to review. Nothing it finds goes live unread: entries arrive as drafts marked Website import, and your library shows how many are waiting. See Build your knowledge base.
It's the fastest way to start a knowledge base that would otherwise be a blank page. Once you've scanned, the button becomes Re-scan, and you'll see when it last ran. If your site has nothing of that kind on it you'll get No employer brand content found, which usually means the content lives on a careers site at a different address.
Branding
How your logo, colours and strapline appear to candidates: Upload logo, an Accent colour, and a Strapline. These are the defaults every assistant starts from; an assistant can carry its own logo and theme instead. See Create your assistant.
Social sharing
How your assistant's links look when someone shares them — in a message, a post, an email. You can Use template with logo, where you pick a background and Voyse overlays your logo, or Upload custom image at 1200×630px. The Preview shows the result before you save.
This is worth two minutes: a link to your assistant gets shared by candidates and recruiters alike, and an unset preview looks like a broken link.
Deleting the account
At the bottom, Delete this organisation permanently removes your organisation and everything in it — assistants, knowledge base, integrations and everyone's access. It cannot be undone, and you have to type a confirmation phrase to proceed. If what you want is to stop your assistant answering candidates for now, stop the assistant instead: see Create your assistant.
