What Voyse Careers does
Voyse Careers runs the part of your hiring that candidates actually see: the careers site, the job adverts on it, and the application form at the end. You keep your applicant tracking system; Voyse gives the roles in it somewhere worth sending people.
The site
Your careers site is built from templates — layouts for your job adverts, your job board and your landing pages — and landing pages built on them. Templates are usually built once, to your brand, and then left alone; pages are yours to add and edit.
The site can be served from your own domain, so candidates never see a Voyse address.
The jobs
Roles come in from your applicant tracking system automatically once it's connected. Each one gets a job advert on your site, at its own address, that you can share. You choose which template renders it.
Jobs you didn't import can be created in Voyse directly, which is useful for roles that never sat in your ATS.
The applications
Candidates apply on your site, and the application goes back to your ATS. If your plan includes the talent pipeline, you can also work applications in Voyse itself — stages, scorecards, notes and reports — rather than only passing them on.
What you learn
Analytics shows what candidates did: which jobs drew views, how many applications came of them, where people arrived from, and how much of that was on a phone.
If you also run Voyse Intelligence, its assistant can sit on this site and answer candidates' questions, and its answers feed the same picture. You switch it on from Integrations.
