Connect Voyse Careers Sites

If your careers site runs on Voyse Careers and you keep applications in its talent pipeline, that pipeline is your applicant tracking system, and this is how your assistant gets your roles. One key, and webhooks set themselves up.

Before you start

Talent pipeline must be switched on for your Voyse Careers workspace. Voyse support turns it on; it isn't a setting in the admin. Connecting without it is refused with a message saying exactly that, so if you're unsure, try it and see.

You'll need the API key from your Voyse Careers admin, which is described in Connect your ATS in the Careers user guide. It's on the same Integrations page, under Voyse public API. Treat it as an administrative credential: it authenticates a system acting as your whole workspace.

Connect it

1. Select Integrations in the Intelligence sidebar.
2. Under Connect an ATS, choose Voyse Careers Sites.
3. Paste the key into Integration API key and select Connect.
4. The pill by the provider's name reads Connected, and Sync status fills in once the first import finishes.

Two things happen while you wait. Voyse registers its own webhooks, so nothing in the Webhooks section needs filling in. And it reads your application stages and works out which of them mean hired and which mean rejected — so what Intelligence reports matches the stage names your team already uses, rather than a fixed list.

What comes across

Roles held in your Voyse Careers talent pipeline: active, published, and not archived.

Roles your careers site pulls from another applicant tracking system don't come across. If your site shows jobs from, say, Greenhouse, connect Greenhouse here instead — see the other pages in this section. Connecting Voyse Careers would import only the roles created in Voyse itself.

Departments in Intelligence are built from the departments and locations on those roles.

Capabilities lists Job Sync, Application Submit and Webhook Events as essential, and grants the optional rows — prospects, candidate notes, custom fields, the candidate intent score and hiring manager contacts — according to what your careers workspace holds.

If it didn't work

• Talent Pipeline is not enabled for this Voyse Careers Sites account — ask Voyse support to switch it on, then connect again.
• Invalid Voyse credentials — the key has been replaced in the Careers admin, which retires the previous one. Copy the current key and connect again.
• Roles you can see on your careers site never arrive — they're likely coming from another applicant tracking system, as above.
