What the MCP connectors do
An MCP connector lets an AI client work on your Voyse account directly. You ask in plain words. The client picks the right tools, calls them, and reports back. There is one connector for each product. Each works on one account at a time, and each is limited to what that product's connector offers.
Two connectors
| Voyse Careers | Voyse Intelligence | |
|---|---|---|
| Connector URL | https://mcp.voyse.io |
https://intelligence-mcp.voyse.io/mcp |
| What it's for | Building and running your careers site | Reading what your assistant knows and how it's doing |
| Can it change things? | Yes: templates, pages, jobs, media, metadata and your domain | No. Every tool reads |
| Who can connect | People with the Account admin role | Anyone with access to the Intelligence account |
The URL is the same for every customer. Which account the client works on is decided when you sign in, not by the URL.
If you run both products, add both connectors. They are separate connections from the same sign-in. Disconnecting one leaves the other in place.
What they have in common
- One sign-in. Both use your Voyse account. There is no separate password or key to look after. See Sign in and choose an account.
- One account per connection. If you can reach several accounts, you choose one as you connect. To work on a different one, disconnect and connect again.
- Rate limits. Each connector allows up to 60 calls a minute to tools that read, 20 to tools that change something, and 10 to tools that take a while. Past that, the tool replies with how many seconds to wait.
- A starting point. Both connectors have a
voyse_introtool. Ask the client what it can do on Voyse, and it can use that tool to read your account and suggest where to begin.
What passes through your AI client
What you ask, and what the connector sends back, goes through your AI client, under that client's own terms. Choose a client your organisation is content to trust with that account's content.
Voyse keeps a short record of each tool call: who called it, which tool, when, whether it worked and how long it took. The Careers connector keeps this for 7 days. The Intelligence connector keeps it for 90 days, along with a fingerprint of each request. Neither stores the content of what the client sent to a tool.
