Sign in and choose an account

Both connectors sign you in through the same Voyse sign-in page. This page covers what you see there, how the account you connect is chosen, and how to change it later.

Signing in

When you add a connector, your AI client opens the Voyse sign-in page. It's headed Sign in and asks for your Work email and Password: the same ones you use for the admin. If you've forgotten your password, select Reset it under the form.

If you're already signed in to Voyse in that browser, you skip this step.

Choosing an account

Each connection works on one account. The next screen lists the accounts your sign-in can connect:

  • Choose a Careers account for the Careers connector. Workspaces appear only if your sign-in has the Account admin role. A workspace that also runs Voyse Intelligence is marked Includes Intelligence.
  • Choose an Intelligence account for the Intelligence connector. An account that is suspended is marked Suspended.

If you have several accounts, use Search accounts to find one by name. Accounts you've connected from this browser before are listed under Recently used. Select Show all to see the rest.

If only one account qualifies, you don't see this screen. Voyse connects that account for you.

Once you choose, the screen reads Connecting and the account's name, and returns you to your client.

Switching to a different account

A connection stays with the account you chose. To work on another:

  1. Remove the Voyse connector in your AI client.
  2. Add it again and sign in.
  3. Choose the other account.

For Careers, a conversation that was already open can keep working on the old workspace until it has been idle for 15 minutes. Start a new conversation to be sure.

If you run both products, the Careers and Intelligence connections are separate. Changing one leaves the other as it was.

Disconnecting

Remove the Voyse connector in your AI client's connector settings. The client loses its sign-in, and you can add the connector again at any time.

A connection also lapses on its own 30 days after you signed in. After that you'll need to sign in again.
