Talent Pipeline Settings
The Talent Pipeline Settings view allows administrators to customize the recruitment pipeline to better fit the organization’s processes and preferences. From adjusting Kanban stages to setting up custom fields, this area provides a range of options to tailor the hiring workflow.
Accessing Talent Pipeline Settings
To modify the Talent Pipeline settings:
- Navigate to the 'Talent Pipeline' menu from the main menu.
- Select 'Talent Pipeline Settings' to access the customization options.
Customization Options
Application Settings
- Application Owner: Set a default owner for new applications if required.
- Owner Email: Specify the email address associated with the application owner.
Kanban Stages
- Adjust the names and order of the Kanban stages to reflect your hiring process steps.
- Use drag-and-drop functionality or input fields to rearrange the order of the stages.
Kanban Cards
- Toggle the display options for what information appears on the Kanban cards.
- The preview card showing how changes will affect the appearance of the cards.
Candidate Emails
- Change the banner image used if candidate email functionality is switched on.
Custom Fields
- Define additional fields to capture specific information about applications or candidates.
- These fields can be used to filter or sort applications within the Talent Pipeline.
- Custom fields can be text, checkbox or date inputs.
Custom Milestones
- Create milestone dates in the application process for recruitment team staff to track.
Rejection/Withdrawal Reasons
- List standardized reasons for candidate rejections or withdrawals.
- This helps maintain consistency in documentation and reporting.
Actions and Navigation
- After making the desired changes, click 'Save Changes' to apply the settings.
- To revert to the previous settings, simply navigate away without saving or use a 'Reset' option if available.
