Talent Pipeline Table View

The Talent Pipeline Table View provides an overview of all applications within your recruitment funnel. This view allows for comprehensive tracking and management of candidates' progress through the various stages of the hiring process.

Accessing the Talent Pipeline Table View

To access this view:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Click on the 'Talent Pipeline' tab from the left-hand navigation menu.
  3. Ensure you are on the 'Table View' for a structured list of applications.

Table View Features

Overview of Fields

The Table View displays several columns, including:

  • Name: The candidate's name.
  • Job/Page Title: The title of the job for which the candidate has applied.
  • Owner: The team member responsible for the application.
  • When: The date and time of the last update or action taken on the application.
  • Stage: The current stage of the application within the hiring process.

Managing Applications

  • Application Details: To access the application details pane, click the cog icon.
  • Three Dot Flyout Menu: Clicking on the three dots next to an application opens a menu with additional actions:
    • Reassign Application: Assign the application to a different job role.
    • Archive Application: Move the application to the archive if it is no longer active.
    • Delete Application: Permanently remove the application from your database.

Filtering and Sorting

  • Use the 'Filters' button to display applications that meet certain criteria, such as stage, date range, or owner.
  • 'Edit columns' allows you to customize the visible columns in the table view to focus on the information that is most relevant to you.

Exporting Data

  • Click 'Export to CSV' to download the data for reporting, analysis, or record-keeping.

Pagination and Viewing Options

  • Navigate between pages using the pagination controls at the bottom of the table.
  • Adjust the 'Items per page' setting to display the desired number of applications per page.

Saving Changes and Updating Status

  • Make sure to save any changes to the applications by clicking the corresponding option in the flyout menu.
  • To update the stage of an application, you can use the dropdown menu in the 'Stage' column or move the application to the appropriate column in the 'Kanban View' if you prefer a more visual management style.
