Configuring Greenhouse Job Boards for Link Tracking in Voyse
To utilize the link tracking feature in Greenhouse with your Voyse integration, certain configuration steps are necessary. Greenhouse does not automatically recognize the link structure of your Voyse microsite and must be instructed to generate links to your Voyse Careers Site or Digital Job Ad.
Within Greenhouse, go to Configure -> Dev Center -> Configuring Your Job Board. If you have more than one Greenhouse job board, you may want to first check you have selected the correct one via the dropdown in the top right hand corner of the form.
You will find two settings: Job Board URL and Job Posts URL.
Change these values to be as follows, where company name is as it appears on your Voyse page.
- Job Board URL: https://companyname.voyse.io
- Job Posts URL: https://companyname.voyse.io/gh-job/:id
If your integration uses a domain mask, you should use this instead of the voyse.io URL.
Once completed, you can now allocate credit to an individual or organisation, and track application sources via Voyse into Greenhouse. For more information about creating tracking links in Greenhouse, please refer to their documentation.
