Template Mapping

Introduction

Template Mapping is a powerful feature of Voyse that allows you to effortlessly map your jobs from other integrated platforms to different templates and candidate experiences.

To start using template mapping, you just need to have an integrated ATS (e.g. Greenhouse, Lever, etc) set up within Voyse and some jobs to map.

Step by step

  1. Navigate to the Integrations page by clicking on the plug icon in the top right corner of your Voyse dashboard.
  2. Scroll down to the Template Mapping section.
  3. Click the Add Mapping button.
  4. Choose which field you'd like to base the mapping on e.g. Location.
  5. Choose an operator, the most basic of which is EQUALS (descriptions of the operators can be found in the table below).
  6. Enter the value of the field you'd like to map e.g. London.
  7. Choose the template you'd like this mapping to apply from the dropdown e.g. London Office Template.

Mapping Operators

Operators are little helpers of boolean logic that decide how to react to the value of the mapped field.

Operator Description
EQUALS Applies the selected template to every job where the field exactly equals the value given (case sensitive).
CONTAINS Applies the selected template to every job where the field contains the value given (case sensitive). If the field is a list like Benefits or Hashtags, each individual value will be tested for an exact match.
GREATER_THAN Applies the selected template to every job where a numeric field contains a value greater than the one given.
GREATER_THAN_OR_EQUALS Applies the selected template to every job where a numeric field contains a value greater than or equal to the one given.
LESS_THAN Applies the selected template to every job where a numeric field contains a value lower than the one given.
LOWER_THAN_OR_EQUALS Applies the selected template to every job where a numeric field contains a value lower than or equal to the one given.
NOT_CONTAINS Applies the selected template to every job where the field does not contain the value given (case sensitive). If the field is a list like Benefits or Hashtags, each individual value will be tested for an exact match.
NOT_EQUALS Applies the selected template to every job where the field does not exactly equals the value given (case sensitive).

Mapping Precedence

If a job matches two or more mapping rules, the last rule in the list will be applied.

Advanced mapping & custom ATS fields

Voyse supports more advanced use cases such as mapping additional and custom fields from other platforms, as part of our Enterprise plans. For more information on this, please contact info@voyse.io.
