Creating/Editing Videos

The "Edit Video" form allows users to manage and curate video content for job ad or landing page templates.

Accessing the Edit Video Form

To edit a video in your library:

1. Go to the 'Videos' section on your application dashboard.
2. Click the three dot sub-menu on the video you wish to edit, and select "Edit Video".

Fields and Functions

Video Name and Description

• Video Name: Enter the title of the video. This should be descriptive and help identify the content quickly.
• Video Description: Provide a concise description of the video content. This helps users understand the context before viewing.

Hashtags

• Add relevant hashtags to help categorize and make the video easily searchable within the platform.

Playlist Videos

You have the ability to allocate additional related videos to play automatically after the completion of this video. Link other videos to create a sequence or group related content together.

Subtitles

Add TTS subtitles file to the video (only available when editing video, not uploading initially). Subtitle files make your video content accessible to a broader audience, including non-native speakers or those with hearing impairments.

Uploading Subtitles

• Select the language of the subtitles from the dropdown menu.
• Drag and drop the subtitle file into the designated area or click 'Choose File' to browse your computer.
• Once selected, click 'Upload Subtitles' to attach them to the video.

Saving Changes

• After making all the necessary edits, click 'Save Changes' to update the video information.
• To discard changes, simply navigate away from the page.
