Organisation Settings

The Organisation Settings is your central hub for managing account-wide preferences and details related to your business. Here's how to make the most of this section.

Accessing Organisation Settings

To access the Organisation Settings:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Navigate to the settings by clicking on the gear icon on the top navbar.
3. Select 'Edit Organisation' to open the settings page.

Basic Information

• Organisation Name: The legal name of your company.
• Display Name: How you want your company's name to appear within the application (optional).
• "Operating On Behalf Of" Attribution: Used by organisations operating on behalf of a client or customer. Appears in any terms of use agreements in forms within the Voyse platform.
• URL Slug: A unique identifier that forms part of the URL for your organisation's job ads.
• Organisation Website: The main website for your company.
• Terms & Conditions Link: A link to your organisation's data processing and privacy statements.
• Organisation Size: Select the size of your company from the dropdown menu.

Branding & SEO

• Organisation Logo: Upload a logo that will appear on your job ads. Recommended format: PNG.
• Organisation Favicon: Upload a favicon that will be used in the browser tab when candidates view your job ads.
• Global Meta Image: Upload an image that will represent your organisation on social media platforms and in search results.
• Meta Description: A short and compelling description of your organisation that will appear in search results and social shares.

Social Accounts

Link your organisation's social media profiles to your job ads for increased reach and branding.

• Twitter: Enter the URL of your company's Twitter profile.
• LinkedIn: Add the link to your company's LinkedIn page.
• Instagram: Provide the URL of your company's Instagram profile.
• YouTube: If your company has video content, link your YouTube channel here.
• Glassdoor: Share your Glassdoor profile URL to showcase company reviews.
• Facebook: Enter the URL of your company's Facebook page.
• TikTok: Connect your TikTok profile if applicable.

Advanced Settings

For advanced users or IT specialists managing domain and CDN settings.

• Domain Mask: Specify if you use a custom domain for your job ads.
• Cloudfront Instance ID: Your unique ID for the AWS CloudFront distribution if used for content delivery.

Saving Changes

After you have made your changes, be sure to click on the 'Save Changes' button at the top right of the screen to apply your new settings.
