Applications- Table View

Overview

The first of the two available views on your Talent Pipeline is the table view. This is a traditional, paged view of all your current or past applications, sorted by date. You can search and filter this view to find the information you want, and is particularly useful when just looking for information related to one candidate or role. You can filter this view by keywords, a specific role, application stage, or archived/active applications. Additional application information such as custom question answers and contact information are only available in this view.

Archiving and Deleting Applications

Applications can be removed from the system in two ways- archiving keeps a record of the data so you can preserve CVs, contact details of applicants after completion, and deleting them will remove their details permanently from the system. Both buttons can be found at the end of the table row.
