Creating Digital Job Descriptions

To create a job, simply select the "Create Digital Job Description" button in the top right corner of the view.

Deleting Digital Job Descriptions

To delete a job, simply open the Mini Dashboard by clicking the arrow on the right hand side of the job box, and click the "Delete Job" button. 

Please note: Deleting a job will automatically archive all applications associated with this job. Be sure to check for any links to this removed job in your landing pages or other jobs.

Job Mini Dashboard

When opening the Mini Dashboard by clicking the arrow on the right hand side of the job box, you will see a handful of properties and statistics:

  • The number of active applications the job has
  • The hiring campaign deadline if set (this can be configured in the Edit Job view)
  • The hiring campaign quota progress if set, i.e. how many applications have been progressed to the "Accepted" stage for this Job (this can be configured in the Edit Job view)
  • The status of the hiring campaign (this can be configured in the Edit Job view)
  •  An activity graph of job views over the past 30 days

Fetching a link to a Digital Job Description

To quickly see your live Digital Job Description, simply click "View Job" on the mini dashboard panel. To copy a link to the Job to your clipboard (i.e. copy and paste), simply open the Mini Dashboard by clicking the arrow on the right hand side of the job box, and click "Get Link" from the ellipsis menu.

You can optionally add a reference to an agency or campaign source to this link. The list of sources can be amended in the "Company Details" section of the admin panel. Once you have chosen whether to select a source (or if none were configured), the job link will be available in the clipboard of your device to paste.
